This program is an empowering, practical, and personalized mind-body approach. In weekly modules you'll learn the science behind anxiety & depression through a lens of neuroscience and lifestyle design. You'll cultivate nervous system awareness and will work 1:1 in weekly coaching calls to cultivating personalized practices to regulate and restore proper function.

ORIENTATION
Orient to a new way of healing in and through the body as you compassionately explore where you are now vs. where you want to be on your healing journey.
BEFRIENDING THE NERVOUS SYSTEM
Deep dive into understanding what the nervous system is, how it operates, and the role it plays in your mental and physical health. Explore the difference in survival responses and begin to see your own patterns. Cultivating nervous system awareness is the first step in healing.
CULTIVATING SAFETY
Stress and trauma impact our sense of self and safety. Begin exploring what safety is and how to move toward it in different areas of your life. We do this primarily through stress management, understanding triggers, co-regulation, and familiarizing ourselves with the unique needs of our nervous system.
REGUALTE & RESTORE
Continue putting pieces together by understanding the various ways of inviting safety, regulation, awareness and healing to our nervous system. The magic in this lesson is in actually experimenting with these different practices and seeing what feels best for you.
Rx LIEFSTYLE
Here you create a personalized protocol of the tools and practices that play the biggest role in regulating your nervous system and get clear on what it looks like to integrate them into your daily life. Healing looks different for everyone, and your Rx Lifestyle becomes your tangible & personalized solution to move towards resilience.
EMOTIONAL REGULATION
Learn what feelings are, why we feel them, and how to feel them well. Emotional regulation is a skill: if you didn't have a safe space to feel all your big feelings as a kid, it's likely a skill you struggle with as an adult. Let's learn how to be more fully human together in this lesson.
THOUGHT WORK
Just because you think it doesn’t mean it’s true. You know the way your brain spirals out on you? This lesson is where you learn to catch, challenge, and change those unhelpful thoughts. You'll also explore deeply rooted belief systems that are keeping you stuck and creating disconnect in your life and healing.
RESILIENCE
Resilience gives us the strength and ability to process and overcome the hard stuff. When we lack resilience, we are more easily overwhelmed, often turning to unhealthy coping mechanisms. Here you'll identify your grounding resources and get clear on how to continue cultivating resilience.
INTEGRATION
Healing is a life long journey. In the last few weeks of this program we work to help you integrate what you've learned in a tangible way and to help you decide on the next steps in your healing journey.

What’s the biggest difference between the two programs?The biggest difference is the level of personalization and support you receive. In our 1:1 coaching program you have weekly 1:1 coaching calls, messenger support between calls, and personalized content. Our monthly membership is more self paced and community oriented. You’ll still have coaching opportunities but they happen in a group setting during our live coaching calls.

What can I expect to get from 1:1 Anxiety & Depression Coaching?In this 16-week, 1:1 coaching program you'll learn tangible tools to regulate your nervous system, rewire your brain, and create a personalized lifestyle protocol to reclaim your life. You gain an understanding of neuroscience and how it plays a role in your healing. You cultivate confidence in moving through moments of anxiety or depression without letting them consume you and develop a deep knowing that you’re not alone in your struggle, life, or healing.

What can I expect to get from the Membership?This is a trauma-informed community membership for those ready to take an active role in their healing. Through education, guided practices, live coaching, community and more you'll have everything you need to begin regulating your nervous system and to feel supported on this journey.

How do I know which is the right fit for me?A primary filter may be financial resources. Our 1:1 coaching is a significantly higher investment than our membership. If financial restraints aren’t at play then this might help you choose: If you want a structured, high touch, and personalized experience that will get from A to G in your healing journey as efficiently as possible, then 1:1 coaching is right for you.
