A WOMEN’S MENTAL & PHYSICAL HEALTH COACH.

I help women reconnect to their body, rewire their minds, and reclaim their life.

As a certified coach and M.A. with over a decade of experience - I teach women what actually works. My team and programs merge ancient wisdom and modern science to help you conquer anxiety, build confidence, heal, strengthen and get back in the driver seat of your life. Your life is your responsibility, no one can do this work for you. We're here to guide you through that journey.
