Rise As We Membership gives mental and physical health an equal seat at the table with effective, research-based coaching and a supportive community. You'll find all the daily resources you need to show up for yourself and your nervous system. You’ll learn to cultivate mind-body awareness; how to catch, challenge and change unhelpful thoughts; show up more intentionally in your life; set boundaries; and so much more.


This community membership supports you through daily resources, self-paced and self-led material, live events, coaching, and gentle accountability.

The membership is month-to-month. Although we encourage you to commit to being with us for at least 6-months, nothing's stopping you from leaving sooner if it isn't a good fit.

  • What’s the biggest difference between the two programs?
    The biggest difference is the level of personalization and support you receive. In our 1:1 coaching program you have weekly 1:1 coaching calls, messenger support between calls, and personalized content. Our monthly membership is more self paced and community oriented. You’ll still have coaching opportunities but they happen in a group setting during our live coaching calls.
  • What can I expect to get from 1:1 Anxiety & Depression Coaching?
    In this 16-week, 1:1 coaching program you'll learn tangible tools to regulate your nervous system, rewire your brain, and create a personalized lifestyle protocol to reclaim your life. You gain an understanding of neuroscience and how it plays a role in your healing. You cultivate confidence in moving through moments of anxiety or depression without letting them consume you and develop a deep knowing that you’re not alone in your struggle, life, or healing.
  • What can I expect to get from the Membership?
    This is a trauma-informed community membership for those ready to take an active role in their healing. Through education, guided practices, live coaching, community and more you'll have everything you need to begin regulating your nervous system and to feel supported on this journey.
  • How do I know which is the right fit for me?
    A primary filter may be financial resources. Our 1:1 coaching is a significantly higher investment than our membership. If financial restraints aren’t at play then this might help you choose: If you want a structured, high touch, and personalized experience that will get from A to G in your healing journey as efficiently as possible, then 1:1 coaching is right for you. If you’re curious about exploring mental health through a neuroscience lens, want tangible daily mental health resources, and desire a safe healing community then the membership could be the right fit.
