For centuries women have been taught they should be the quiet and amiable caretakers, constantly self-sacrificing and falling in-line.

We've been told who we "should" be or not be; do or not do. Well, with reckless abandon we're flipping that narrative to step into our most wild and authentic selves. Join us to unlearn their story of who you should be to unapologetically author your own. In our Wild Woman retreat we create a safe space to strip back the layers, embrace big emotions, befriend your nervous system, and be untamed. Join us to reconnect, reclaim, and rise!

Hi! We're Amanda and Lindsey

Amanda Armstrong is the founder of Rise As We and a certified neuroscience and trauma-informed mental health coach. She specialized in helping people reclaim their lives from anxiety & depression through a lens of neuroscience and lifestyle style design.

Lindsey Locke is a therapist and host of the Get Psyched Podcast. With a background and career in Holistic Counseling Psychology she is passionate about helping women step into their  authentic selves.


Throughout this journey, we promise to be present with you and to create a safe space for you and this work.

SATURDAY - October 29th

  • 5am wake up & head out to the National Park

  • 6-8am Sunrise Hike

  • 9am Breakfast & Down time

  • 1-3pm Breakout Session

  • 5:30pm Dinner & Fireside Reflection

SUNDAY - October 30th

  • 7am Yoga / Meditation

  • 8:30am Breakfast

  • 9:30am Closing Activity

  • 11am Check Out & drive to airport


  • 4 day/3 night stay at the incredible Under Canvas Smoky Mountains Venue

  • Accommodations will be in 3 person shared spaces with bathroom amenities which include private showers, toilets, sinks, and stocked with organic bath products


  • All meals provided, most catered by venue including both seasonality and locally sourced produce


  • One-of-a-kind intimate experience with only 8 other women


  • Intimate small group therapy and coaching sessions to heal and expand
